Polkadex Council x Core Contributors 🤝 Scope of Work 🤝 Since the passing of Treasury Proposal #47 last month, the Polkadex Core Contributors and Polkadex Council have been working more closely than ever before. Throughout the last few weeks, the Council has assessed the existing Polkadex roadmap and, together with the Core Contributors, has defined the Scope of Work for the following months (Q2 and beyond). In order to fulfil the goals set in the Scope of Work agreement, the Polkadex Core Contributors have set new priorities and have re-allocated internal resources accordingly. Overall, the Council and the Core Contributors have decided on a path forward which includes a renewed commitment to the Polkadot ecosystem and onboarding new trading pairs, accelerating the transition into a DAO, and improving the reliability & user experience of Orderbook. Hello everyone, I've noticed that some members of our community are focusing heavily on the price drop, spreading negativity, and seemingly trying to demoralize the team. They constantly harp on the absence of an ETA, asking the same questions and receiving the same answers repeatedly. While I understand some of these concerns and agree that having a prediction for timelines could be beneficial, it's important to remember that estimates can be unreliable, especially for a complex product like ours. Negativity breeds more negativity. Imagine being a first-time investor scrolling through our Telegram feed, only to be met with complaints and repeated questions about the ETA. This does not reflect the incredible achievements of our team. Have we forgotten the groundbreaking work they have done? Despite facing personal challenges, the team leader remains dedicated and active in the chat. If I were a new investor, the current tone of this group would be off-putting, more reminiscent of a feeding frenzy than a supportive community. If we want to attract new investors, we need to change our approach. Let's focus on the positives and the future possibilities. Discuss how much of a relief it will be when MetaMask incorporates our tech. Imagine the fees HERA will save you next year, allowing you to reinvest in HERA or other projects. Think about how interchain will lower costs and risks by finding the optimal path for you. Speculate on the new website or logo. Will we miss the lady in our trusted logo? The true believers are quietly waiting and buying the dip, while the complainers dominate the conversation. Let's hope this silent majority is enough to keep the team's spirit high. Positivity has a ripple effect. By fostering a positive atmosphere, we can make this group enjoyable again, encouraging the team with our stories and showing our appreciation. My gut tells me that this positivity will also be rewarded in terms of price. A big shoutout to the team—thank you for building something amazing.
